That table show comparison percentages of internet users between usa, canada and mexico in 10 years start from 1999 until 2009.

In ratio internet users in each countries get increased year by years. And USA always excellent than mexico every years. But, if comparing with canada, USA just get 2 years excellent from canada. From 2003, internet users in canada has significant increased. It means. Canadians have biggest interest on using internet than USA and mexico. Or perhaps, the population of canada also can be affected of this report.

At first years of this report in 2009, internet user in USA excellent 10% from canada and 15% from mexico. And the last year of this report, internet users in canada excellent 20% from USA and not detected percentage of mexico. That means between 10 years each countries have significant increase of internet users with 80% of canada, 45% USA and not detected increased of mexico.
