Dear Mr. Petrov,
A month ago, I applied for a job as a lawyer. We had an interview; everything was well. You admitted that I am a conscientious and ambitious person. You offered to start my work on September 25th. It was a convenient time for me; unfortunately, I have some changes.
As I’m a Ukrainian citizen, I have to pass the English test for a United Kingdom visa. This year, I saw that in my country I can’t take this exam; Under such circumstances I must take the test in another country. That’s why, I’m going to take this test in Romania and it will take me for a week.
However, I think that I will be ready on October 3rd. By this time, I believe that I will get the visa and get back to London. Thank you for your understanding.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Alexander Ivanov
