The data illustrates the proportion of Australian individuals that doing physical activity divided in age groups in 2010. Overall, it is immediately clear that Australian men and women who do an exercise regularly shifted to six age category groups. Most of the time female leads the way over the years, while male only take the highest position in the age of 15 to 24 but still lower than the females.
In the age of 45 to 54 womens reach the highest amount in 53%, also showed a slight fall at 0,3% in the age 55 and 64. It is also noticeable that in the age of 65 and over attracted a relatively low propotion.
In detail, male in the age category of 15 and 24 accounted for the highest percentage at 52,8%, while there an outsanding amount for the next age category. Man in the age of 35 to 44 had the smallest proportion, at just 39,5%.
