Dear sir or madam,

I am writing to you regarding the continuous delays of the 65 bus route.

In the last 2 weeks the 65 bus route witnessed a significant unavailability due to the construction work on the new mall on Hamdan street which expected to open before the end of this year.

I have been using this bus route to commute from and to my work place for the past 2 years, and the current service disruptions led to a longer commute time since most people, including my self, use multi-routes which means a delay in one bus route can delay the complete journey time for up to 40 minutes.

I would like to suggest that the authorities might want to create an alternative bus route, Another suggestion is to change the intervals of the bus timing to be 15 minutes instead of 30.
