While majority of list consists of Europian countries, non-Europian countries spends more in comprassion to their incomes. While there are some exceptions, it can be said that petrol creates high portion of income in Mediterrian countries.

Norway is the most expensive country for an only-cost based criteria, although Norwegians spend least of their salary to fuel. Petrol is likely to be first expenditure product for Turkey with one third, whereas for Eritrea it is definetily comes at first place, with more than half of total salary.

In Italy and Greece, countries in the southern part of Europe, petrol’s cost is slightly different in contrast to 10 percent difference in ratio.
