Dear Sir,
I have read latest published magazine of your world-wide tourism organisation, which has a detail section containing past records and culture of my city. I am writing this letter to highlight some erroneous data printed with respect to history and culture of the provision.
Firstly, the city was established by King Shivaji Maharaj in the year 1808 which is mistakenly printed as 1908. Majority of the local residents are from Jainism religion and rest are followers of Sikhism culture, however it is mentioned as vice versa in the article.
The market coverage of your publication is all around the world with numerous individuals being your consumer. Hence, it is of utmost importance to cross the data twice before printing, as it may hurt the religious view of society as whole. Moreover, young minds following your blogs with get wrong data about the incorporation of the town and this will hamper their knowledge too.
I would recommend for rectification of records mentioned and to republish the updated magazine on priority basis. Additionally, a public statement to be given in media for owing the error in record and a public apology for the inconvenience caused to the masses. This would help company to recover from the damage done and regain trust of the customers.
Yours faithfully,
Aman Mishra
