Dear sir/Madam,
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to you and your entire staff during my stay at your hotel.
I quite remember, when I visited your hotel some few month ago ,I was emotionally disturbed due to a family issue I encountered with my husband and his relatives and as result have to seek refuge at a near by hotel to pass the night.Although I hardly know anybody in the area where I find my self,the managers and staff were nice and more of a family. They were there for me not juxt as a customer of theirs but like a family.
Moreover, The love ,encouraging words means alot to me which at a point made me speechless.I had the best treatment ever .I was more of a very important personality.
For example, one of your workers name Ruth who happens to be the receptionist that very day was soo nice that words cannot explain .She kept checking up on me till I was better,she even went to the extent of delegating another staff to do that when she is not around. Infact her nice gesture made me felt at home.
As a result, of the good customer care ,I also taken this opportunity to write a review of the hotel on one of the largest and well known websites for tourist to consider choosing when they visit the town.In the note ,I describe the beautiful and welcoming serene environment, the good reception customers receives and above all how nice your food and drinks tastes.
I hope this letter explains how appreciative i am during my stay.
