Industry play a vital role in all countries as more than 40% of population are associated with this profession in all the given countries. In 1980, 60% citizen of Germany are employed in industries followed by USA and Japan with 50% and China has 40% of people in this profession. In year 2010, more than 80% of people are employed in Germany, followed by USA and Japan with 70% and 80% respectively while China share a same percentage of worker in 2010 as in 1980.
However, agriculture seems to have much popular among China. It can be seen that more than 70% and 50% of citizen are employed in agriculture in China in 1980 and 2010 respectively. While other three countries show a less than 10% residents are employed under this profession.
Service has 50% of workers for Germany, USA and China in 1980 and Japan has 39% of workers in this sector. In 2010, service sector employed 41%, 39%, 30% and 22% of workers from Germany, USA, Japan and China respectively.
