Dear Ms. Lid,

I am Mel who rented in your house one night last week.

Me and my family was very happy with the location and found your house rented with the huge garden in the back of the house; but, i was disappointed with the swing the the backyard. The tail was broken, that was very dangerous for children.

My children was crying because cannot play in the swing and I was explain to them that the house has good playground.

I hope you can fix it the swing and give a memorable experience to the guests.

I suggest you to check the condition of each furniture in every corner in your house before rent the house. In the future, maybe I will come to this city again and rent to your house again if everything is nice.

I am awaiting your reply as soon as possible!
