Dear Smith,

I am writing to formally complain about several issues related to the furniture in the apartment I am currently renting at Randolph Avenue. I would request your assitance in following matter.

After moving into the rental unit, we notice many issues with the furniture.The dinning table and chairs are either broken or on the verge of breaking which make them unsafe to use. In fact, in one of bedroom we have observe that cupboard is about falling down. This is a serious matter because if a cupboard falls on someones head it will causes serious injury.

I would appericate if you could look into this matter and arrange the necessary repair work as early as possible.Please let me know the sutitable time I would allow the access to house.
