Dear Madam,

I am Mel who rented your house fo 3 days from 17th-19th Feb 25, I am disappointed with all the bed in kids bedroom and main bedroom. The bed is shaking and make noisy. My kids could not slept well and crangky every night. I think the leg of the bed should be repair to make other guests feel comfortable to your house. I already fully paid, first I want you to check the condition of the bed and if you thing my letter is true, I want you to give compensation to me because of this. We can talk later what percentage you could afford based on your ability. I do not need you giving back all the rent price but I just hope your responsibility with this situation.
