Dear Mr. Jonas,

Hope you are doing well. I am your new tenant, who just moved in with family at 216 Thaler Avenue. I chose your apartment because it is furnished, so that I don’t need to spend extra money on furniture.

Sorry to say that some of the furniture is in very bad condition. Such as, the couch in the living room is really hard, as well as the king sized mattress has a lot of bed bugs that caused irritation on my mother’s skin. She needed to seek medical help immediately.

I request you to either replace it or order a new one, especially the mattress as the doctor advised that we have to get rid of that mattress; otherwise, bugs can increase, and as a result, we have to throw all of our clothes.

I hope you will take the situation seriously and try to solve it promptly. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
