Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well, I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of a few pieces of furniture in the house that we rent is already bad and old, and it would be great if you would change that with the new one.

My name is John Clarks from Australia I stayed in your lease with my family. Moved five days ago to your rent specifically on Tuesday 23 February 2023.

The things are your furniture such as wardrobe, chair, desk and the door which all made from wood the condition is already awful and weathered. There is also a mold behind the wardrobe and door that makes smell musty.

As a rental resident, we need your attention to solve the issue. It would be great if you could change the furniture which I mentioned before with the new item.

I hope this situation can be resolved as soon as possible.
