Dear Garry,

I hope your finds well. I’am Joann Jimenez who’s inquire you last time for the available room that is vacant. I’am the girl with dimples and black hair with ponytail.

I’am writing this letter to inform you that I’am not satisfied with the furniture in our room accommodation in Room 123 at Langford. Some conditions of the sofa are no foam and the chairs are broke at near dinning area. I was watching at the dinning area when one of the chair was suddenly broke it has crack at the left leg of the chair. And after that, my mother was sit at the sofa and then the foam was seen in the cover it is tier. Afterwards, my brother got his laptop from his bag and place it in the table and he saw that their is a lots of scratches in the table.

I suggest to buy you a new one because it will not be useful anymore and for the safety of the people who will be using it. If you have no budget to buy a new one you can rebuilt or ask someone to fixed the issue of sofa,chairs and table and also if they will also repaint the table, the color is light much better so it will be nice.
