Dear Mr. Jade,

I trust this letter will reach you in the best of your health, This is Zee, your tenant, from apartment 101. I have been your tenant from last couple of months.

I am writing this letter to bring into your kind notice about the condition of furniture in the apartment which is not at par, some of the furniture is damaged becasue of the temite, and fabric of the sofas is worn apart which gives a very rough look and bed base is broken too.

I would humbly request you to please look into the condition of provided furninture, some of them needs replacement while sofa cloth could be changed, bed could be repaired and entrancr door hinges could be replaced with new one to avoid rusty sound. furthermore, kitchen cabinets need to be fixed too as some of the windows are broken and some are missing. I had added photos so you could understand the situation in detail and would appreciate if you could address these issues ASAP.
