Dear Mr John,

My name is David Adeyoju. I and my family just moved into one of your rental properties at No. 10 Ogun street in Manchester. I am writing this letter to complain about the terrible state of a large number of the furniture sets in the flat.

The master bedroom bed frame is collapsed and was that way when we moved. The living room chairs are also in a bad condition as they are riddled with tears. The kitchen cabinet are expecially in the worst shape as they have fallen off the wall.

Therfore, as per the tenancy agreement, the apartment is to be furnished properly by the landlord in the first month of the tenancy period.

Consequently, we would like for these peices to be repaired if possible or changed if nessecary.

Thank you for your understanding, we are looking forward to your swift action.
