My name is Valeria Martin, and I am looking for a house in Madrid. I have recently got a job in Spain, so my family and I are moving there next month. Our family consists of my husband and me and two children. We arrive on September 26th, and by that time we need to have our accommodation secured.
We need an apartment with three bedrooms, three of which are for children, a big kitchen that will accommodate a dining table and one or two bathrooms. Ideally, for a reasonable price, we would like to have a living room. We will also need one parking spot: a garage or surface floor parking.
As for the location, we hope to find a place near a primary school and kindergarten, as our daughter is eight and our son is four. Parks would also be an advantage, as well as public transport accessibility. I have been looking for apartments in the Bellas Vistas area. Maybe you have options to offer there.
