Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to enquire about the facilities available at your hotel, as I am planning to spend the upcoming weekend at your seaside hotel with my family. We will check-in at your hotel on Friday evening, and will depart on Monday at 9’o clock in the morning.

As it is a family trip, we would like to stay in a dormitory room with enough space to accomodate five individuals. Moreover, a room must have an attached washroom, and a balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. Kindly provide me with the details of the charges, and the discounted offers available for staying at your hotel this weekend.

I would also greatly appreciate, if you could provide us with the information on various tourist attractions and the activities to take part in around your hotel. As we are accompanied by the kids, we will prefer risk free activities only to prevent any kind of harm or injury to our children.
