I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to enquire about the facilities available at your hotel, as I am planning to spend the upcoming weekend at your seaside hotel with my family. We will check-in at your hotel on Friday evening, and will depart on Monday at 9’o clock in the morning.

As it is a family trip, we would like to stay in a dormitory room with enough space to accomodate five individuals. Moreover, a room must have an attached washroom, and a balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea.
