dear sir John.

I’m writing this letter to enquire about some details, concerning our plan of spending the weekend at your hotel “the seaside hotel”.

Due to the wild reputation of this hotel, we intended to spend there three days from this next Thursday morning and leaving Saturday evening, the road will take around an hour to drive there so we can book around the midday. Thereafter, I would be more than grateful if u could book me a sequence of two rooms with a view, moreover, we can’t ask for more than having it on the seaside, besides including the breakfast in your restaurant.

In addition, a friend of mine whom recommanded the hotel, kept telling me about the shores activities and the amusing surrounded nearby, and insisting to enjoy it.

Thus I will apperciate it if you wrote me some details so I tell the family about, so they get themselves well ready.
