Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this in regard to my upcoming visit to your hotel for the coming weekend. I will be accompanied with my parents and my girlfriend for this stay. We hope to stay for the days 4th to 7th of August.

We are planning to have my parents’ 20th wedding anniversary celebration which is on the 6th. I would like to book two air-conditioned rooms with 2 bed each. Moreover, it would be very much appreciated if at least one of the rooms is seaside facing, as my parents are really fond of nature and sea. Unfortunately, I was not able to find any details about the pricing of the rooms in your website. Last but not least, I would be grateful if you are able to provide more info on any popular activities or events that is held nearby, including historical or tourist spots.
