Dear Smith,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the inconsistent heating system at the flat. I am a student studying at one of the most prestigious schools in Brighton to pursue a course in English language. My school timings for this course are scheduled in the early hours from 8 am to 1pm. Despite staying with 6 other roommates, I will have to prepare food for myself and other mates for the rest of the day. In any case before going to the kitchen it’s always been a habit to freshen up myself and re-energize with a quick shower.
However, I observed for the last few days that the perennial heating system to supply hot water is not at its best. The service has been very mediocre and with season shifting to winter earlier than expected with drastic drop in temperatures it is imperative that the heater functionality is restored soon. Its challenge to take bath in these conditions with cold water and body begins to freeze yielding to limited restrictions. Had the opportunity to even call your talisman to investigate the problem but unfortunately ended in vain.
I would suggest you purchase a solid water heater and replace with the old one. With the appliance offer in place till end of this month end, now would be good time to purchase one at a low cost. If no action is taken in the next few days then it would leave me with no other alternative but to look for another apartment and have my security deposit refunded. Looking forward to your favorable response to this issue.
Thanking you
Yours faithfully
Srinivasan Shriram
