Dear Mike,

I hope this letter finds you well, and I’m delighted that you’ll be coming to stay at my home during my absence. I’m writing to give you some beneficial tips that you need to know.

Firstly, you have to pick up the keys from one of my next door neighbors who is called Sara. I’ve already informed her with your arrival, so she will be waiting for you.

I just want to let you know that my flat has just been renovated and since you haven’t been there for a couple of months, you will find some information on the kitchen counter. This includes details about the appliances which will enable you to stay in a comfortable way.

I need to mention some attractive destinations especially the city centre mall that would be worthy to visit, but you have to avoid going there at weekends because it won’t be quiet. Also, don’t forget to go to the restaurant I told you about.
