Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that I can not continue the course for a while because my grandmother is ill and is admitted in a hospital.

As I am working as a dental hygienist which is a full-time job, after that, I have to visit my grandmother and take care of her at night. It will be difficult for me to continue the course at this time so I request you to freeze my course for a month and I can join back once my grandmother is healthy as before.

Furthermore, I was wondering if you can mail me the notes for the upcoming month hence I can prepare myself for the exam while I am away from the college. Moreover, I am registered in the evening course which is held on weekdays from Monday to Wednesday at 6pm and my reference number is 456.
