Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding several maintenance issues in my apartment that have not been addressed despite my previous notifications.

Currently, there are two major problems. First, the kitchen sink has a persistent leak, which is causing water damage to the floor. In addition, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom is malfunctioning and making a loud noise, making it difficult for me to sleep.

I first reported these concerns to you via email on February 1st, and followed up with a phone call last week. However, I have yet to receive a response or see any action taken to fix these issues. As a tenant, I expect a safe and functional living environment.
