Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to request a week off due to a pressing family problem I have faced, which distrupt my concentartion on my course.

Curently, I am taking part in the AI course taught by Dr. Hashemi at Computer Science departemant every sanday and monday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m .

The issue has comelled me to have a week off is my father illnesses. He suffers from a heart attackt that held yesterday. I must go to home and take him to a cardiologist, since my mother is very old, which makes it difficult to look after from my father.

I kindly urge that you allow me to go to home and lend a hand to my family. I would also appreciate it if you could premit me to participate in classes online.
