Respected sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am pursuing the business marketing course in your college. I am in section C and my student ID is XXXXX26. My class timing is 10 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Actually, I am writing you regarding two days off, thursday and friday. Because I have to attend my brother’s wedding. I was thinking not to go, but my brother said they want me over there at any cost, so I have no option except going to attend the event.

I want you to request, please approve my leave. I am making sure to you that I will cover all my lectures from my friends or I am absolutely fine to cover the studies by attending college in extra time.
