Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding the accommodation. My name is Vishal Parmar, and I am a Business Administration student. I received a room in the college hostel; however, the room was not properly maintained by the last person. As I saw, it is not properly cleaned, and there is a leakage in the pipeline. Furthermore, the room smells like a trash bin.

The student coordinator gave me a promise that he was going to allocate a lavish room with all the necessary tools. Additionally, the course provider highlighted the point that it would be close to my university, but I found that it takes me around 1 hour to reach the university. Moreover, there is no cafe or restaurant in my residence, which the advisor talked about. Lastly, I received an assurance that there would be no extra member in my room, but I still saw a student’s luggage.

I am requesting you to transfer me to another room that is close to the university. Furthermore, please fulfill the to-do list that you gave me and make sure that you verify the new location before transferring me there. I hope that you will help me in this; otherwise, I will have to involve the university management regarding the mismanagement.
