I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue related to my accommodation that I am experiencing.

I am Mariya C. J., a newly enrolled student in the IT department, and I am residing in first block A3. I am encountering some challenges related to the network connection since my first day; this is affecting my academics, and I am unable to communicate with my parents. It was found that there is no internet supply in my room.

However, when I applied for my accommodation, I specified all my requirements for my stay; particularly, access to the internet. Therefore, I was looking forward to a room with all amenities.
