Dear Sir or mam

I hope this letter finds you well. name is mark anthony and I am student of cambridge University for a cource of designs and art I am writing this letter convey my problems in accomodation provided by you.

First of all, accomodation, that is given to me is very spacious and well maintained.However, the furniture along with accommodation is not in good condition the dining table is completely broken and the class has been shattered.Secondly sofa is not in preferable condition to use as it is torn and springs coming out.

Purpose of the writing letter to you is to get rid of problem I have been facing. Therefore by replacing furniture idhar changing my accommodation to another suitable place will be beneficial for me.

I am eagerly waiting to hear back from you soon thank you.
