I was under the impression that I would be receiving well-maintained living quarters, complete with adequate furniture and amenities. However, upon my arrival, I found that the dining table is completely broken, and the glass has been shattered. Furthermore, the sofa is in poor condition, as it is torn and has exposed springs, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the refrigerator, which was promised as part of the amenities, is not functioning properly and fails to maintain a consistent temperature.
I am reaching out to you with the hope that you can assist me in resolving these issues. I kindly request that you either replace the damaged furniture or arrange for me to be relocated to another suitable accommodation that meets the expected standards.
