Dear Mr. Patel,

The purpose of this letter is to draw your attention to a major accommodation problem that I am currently facing.

There are several issues with my rented facility. Firstly, it is a very small place, only 500 square feet, and the kitchen is very dirty and smells very bad. It makes it almost impossible to live there. Secondly, due to the low frequency of public transport, I am spending almost 2 hours reaching the college.

According to our initial talk regarding accommodation, I thought my house would be downtown so I could easily access everything, such as the grocery store and recreational facilities, and that it would also be close to my college. Furthermore, I expected to get a good internet connection and some beautiful views from my bedroom.

I am requesting that you find a place that provides better views and a transportation facility near my school. Meanwhile, could you please request that the owner arrange a cleaning of the apartment?
