Dear Mr Jackson,

I am writing this letter to ask that I have some financial problems and are unable to pay your monthly payment of your flat.

General speaking, I bought a new car last week for my travel to work. In addition to this, I have recently renovated my room.

Therefore, I can not to pay you rental fee of your flat for several reasons. First and foremost cause is that I have spent my own money for factors stated above. Another reason is that I should to pay several taxes such as utility bills and education fee in this month.

I am terrible sorry for this condition and I will promise to you that I may be able to pay some extra money in next month, if you have wait me until I have a take my salary.

Thank you for your time to read this letter. I look forward to your positive response for this matter as soon as possible.
