Dear John,

I am writing this letter to ask you allow us pay this rent with next rent as I am going through some tight budget.

As you already know that my husband got a severe accident last month. He got 2 operations. It was a trauma for whole family as emotionally as well as finacially because his treatment was way more expensive that our savings.

Next week, my husband would get some insurance claim. If you allow us, then we will pay the rent with insurance amount.

Apart from this, my husband’s company offers me a job to compensate my husband loss. Also, they will provide some monetary aid for 1 year. these options will help us to pay our rent and to manage the house.

I hope you understand our situation and give us some more time to pay rent.
