Dear Sir,

My name is Murtaza and I have recently been enrolled in the course of accounting and finance at Seneca college. I have been informed that you handle all the accommodation related queries.

I am writing you this letter to confirm my booking and to inform you regarding my accommodation needs.

My course would start on 4th of April and it would get finished on 5th of August. So I would be staying here for that period of time. I saw the pictures of the room which are allotted to the students and I found out that most of them are in shared basis. Being a vegetarian I would prefer my roommate to be someone who is veg and he does not have habit of drinking as it would be against my religious practice.

I hope that my requests would be considered and would have a pleseant stay at the university accommodation.
