Dear Sir/ Madam

I am writing this letter to inform you that I will be coming to this nation to complete study for six months. I selected computer application diploma at Cambrian college. I am very excited to study in abroad but I need to find accommodation adjustments and some others.

I will be take off from airport from evening 7th may and arriving earlier 9 may. I need a private room with faclities such as bathroom, kitchen and WIFI system also. I need internet facility due to my study purpose. Could you tell me how much rent you want to charge from me and which method?

Furthermore, I do not know about this place so please also help me to understand the transportation system there. It is really helpful for me if you give me proper instruction and information to live in this nation. I will be thankful for your help and see you soon.
