Dear sir or madam

I trust you are doing well. I am writing this letter with the purpose of expressing my interest in learning tennis at your sports Centre as stated in the advertisement. However, I am facing some difficulties and do not have the possibility to stay for the entire course.

first and foremost, I used to dream of becoming tennis player in my childhood but my parents did not allow me to be a sportsman. Now, I have decided to learn tennis as a hobby. Moreover, i have recently found out how beneficial this sport can be for keeping a healthy body.

However, the ad mentioned that the course duration is 3 months, and will begin in the spring. Unfortunately, I took a flight to Turkey at the beginning of the may.Therefore I will not be able to attend the course until it ends.

Therefore, is it possible to get a partial refund for the remaining time if I decide to leave early. Besides this, could you please let me know how much of a refund I would be eligible for?
