Dear Manager,

I am writing this email to make an enquiry about more details on your tour plans available online.

My name is Shan, and I am regular customer of your travel and so far you have successfully organized many trip in the past. In continuation , I want a similar experience for my next trip to Montreal in late May 2025, with my family 2 adults and 2 kids at the age of 8 and 13.

Firstly , I want draw down our expectation from this trip , so you give us itinerary accordingly to our preferences.

Myself and my wife are nature and adventure loving person, so we need a couple of days to go inside forest for trucking and hiking, especially, the one which has animals to see around. Not to mention, my kids need a day to spend at amusement park which has more adventure and thrill rides, both of them are fearless to try such things. Lastly , we like to spend last few days, which is a weekend, inside town doing some site seeing and purchase to get some native stuffs. In addition, we are ok with group trip as well, if the there is a considerable cost saving.

Hope I have given an brief about our interest, so you can workout and give me costing involved for this. Also let us know what is best payment options you have for me.
