Dear Club President

I am writing this letter to inform you about the event that will be organized

This event is going to be a Basketball game event in this anyone can Participate. In this Five players play the game against the opponent team and 12 to 15 total players in one team mandatory. Unfortunately, if anyone gets injured while playing, other players begin the game.

I am inviting my friends as well as, I will post an online advertisement of basketball game event going to start on 1 May 2025 From 9.00 Am to 7.00 PM. In this event anyone who want to participate could register on given website and fill the form Age, Name, Gender. In this Sports above the age of 17 could participate and win the mega prize of trip to Cruise.

My role in this event is safety of everyone and provide water and snacks for all team’s players. Although, Check the event run smoothly and no one break the rules of games as per Sports associations rules and maintain the rules and regulations of game.
