Dear Samantha,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing this letter to disscus regarding party with residents of our street.

Last time we talked, we still confused about the date which convince for us, I suggest to hold the party on 17th of June, because it’s held on saturday night and I think most of them in off day.

For the activities on party, of course we take dinner together and for the entertainment, we will do karaoke and also I have several reference games that I would share to you.

In addition, I already list what we need for the party and count the cost. We could discuss it with our neighbors whether to share the responsibilities or they’re just pay for things we need for the party.
