Dear Jack,

I hope you doing well. I am very excited about our upcoming party. I want to fix the date and time for our street party. I think we need to fix everything as soon as possible.

Furthermore, I have some great ideas for activities. For example, we can plain a games and some some dance activities some everyone can enjoy on street. One for my friend knows how to play a guitar so we can invite him so everyone can enjoy music. Moreover, for food most the people our vegetarian so we only serve vegetarian food on our part.

However, if I talk about all responsibilities you and me we both can divide a equal amount of work. So we both feel stress free in the the party.
