Dear Neighbours,

I hope you all are doing well. I am writing this letter for you to participate as volunteers to clean up a local Park.

Our local park have been damaged and there is lot of litter and dirt out there. Moreover plants have been rooten due to no-one is watering them and ironically, People are throwing trash in park not in dustbins beacause dustbins are out of order and even Grass in not in order it have grown up in uneven way and there pulnging smell when anyone enter in park, Therefore I request you to accompany and clean up the park. Our Goals would be to fix the plants first and then some of you will cut the grass and others will clean the dustbins. The Date I have decided is 12-10-2025 and time would be 10am and we all gonna meet at our society common room. The most important thing is you have to wear the full gown, golves and glasses and you have to bring scissors , mops, hatcets and spray nozzles.
