Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter regarding a community event held in a local park for the improvement of vegetation. This event is related to the display of botanical samples from all over the world. These plants are of high medicinal value and used in the composition of many renowned medicines.

The event will focus on the usage of several herbs in production of medicines related to cough such as ivy herbs. There would be several experiments on plants and effect of chemicals on their physiology. The volunteers have to record videos of all the activities and edit them to make a short documentary about the event.

I would encourage the people who volunteer to work with us, if you have any photography or video-editing experience. It will add up knowledge of your pharmaceutical experience. If you are willing, then you are requested to provide your contact details in the survey forms disturbed last night and submit them in the main office. Thanks in anticipation.
