Dear Members,

I am writing to invite you to join the trip. I have organized a getaway so that everyone can break free from their hectic, monotonous routines and enjoy a moment of tranquility.

This trip is on weekend and we will perform several activities. You all will be excited to know that hiking trail is the main highlight of this trip. There will be different difficulty levels so everyone should make sure to be in good health. Moreover, there will be a breathtaking view after hiking on the mountains.

You all need to bring essentials in which it includes a torch, an aid bag, a few of snacks and extra clothes. not forget to bring power bank in case you run out of the phone battery. This trip will be held on Saturday, March 9th and we will all gather together at Garrison Park main gate. The planned itinerary will be given to each participating member, along with a badge with each person’s name written on it.

You should all come along this trip as it is a great escape the monotony of daily life.
