Dear Manager,
We are a group of musicians who meet in the community hall on Tuesday and Friday evenings in order to practise music. The reason why I am writing this letter is to let you know that we have been told not to use the hall any more. However, there are no other places in our town to practise properly. Therefore, we need your help.
We have been interested in music as a band for five years. Our band consists of seven musicians. We can play all kinds of music forms very well. Besides, as a band, we never demand money for our programmes since we do our job voluntarily.
Our band is loved by almost everybody in our society, and we have done so many good auditions for the society so far. Three years ago, we were awarded by the mayor as we influenced the young in our town positively.
The stage that we are using for our rehearsals at the moment is the most suitable place in our town, so we would be very pleased if you could allow us to practise there. We can also change the time we practise in case they are not available any more. We can arrange our practising times as Moday and Thursday mornings if they are also available.
Thank you very much in advance for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Yours faithfully,
Yusuf Bircan ARSLAN
