Dear Manager,

I am writing to discuss the possibility of our choir group using the community hall for practice. I have been informed that we can no longer use the property due to upcoming renovations. Our band consists of students who perform in the city every Saturday. We also engage in charity events, such as helping children in orphanages by donating food and clothing.

This initiative is beneficial to the community, as it encourages young people to participate in a good cause and fosters a sense of responsibility towards those in need. It serves as a positive alternative for them, steering them away from negative influences such as smoking and drug use.

I would like to propose alternative days for us to use the hall. If possible, Monday and Saturday afternoons would work well, as we do not have many school activities scheduled for those days.
