Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that the Community Musicians Club, which uses the hall on Tuesday and Friday evenings for our weekly practice sessions, understands thatwe can no longer use the hall on those days. Please allow us to continue our practices.

To begin with, as local resident musicians, we are a mix of ages and skill levels. We share our love of music, learn new songs, and participate in local community events and festivals. The hall is where we prepare for these performances.

The hall has an ideal backdrop with wonderful color, and we are flexible and open to any available slots.

Thank you for your attention. We hope that we can partner with you and take care of the community hall.
