Dear Manager,
I am writing to express our concern and disappointment upon learning that our music group can no longer use the community hall for our Tuesday and Friday evening practices. Our group, comprised of local musicians, has been meeting regularly at the hall to rehearse and perfect our craft.
We believe our group brings significant value to the community. Through our music, we foster a sense of camaraderie and creativity among our members, many of whom are community residents. Our practices not only provide an outlet for self-expression but also contribute to the cultural richness of the area. We occasionally perform at local events and charity functions, spreading joy and promoting community engagement.
Given the importance of our group to the community, we kindly request that you reconsider the decision. If not possible, we would like to propose alternative days and times for our practice sessions. We are flexible and could meet on Wednesday or Thursday evenings, or possibly Saturday afternoons. We are open to discussing these options further to find a solution that suits both our needs and the hall’s scheduling requirements.
We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter. Please let us know if there’s any possibility of revising the decision or finding an alternative arrangement.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
