Dear Ram,

I hope you are doing well, I am writing this letter to let you know that i am arriving in your city next month for some business reason and for a trade deal. However, beside the tour i will have leisure time of 1 day to explore the city and towns nearby.

It would be great if you suggest me some famous spots and places which i should visit. I am very fond of doing Indoor activities like Bowling and Gun shootings. Moreover let me know some of the skyscraper buildings in that area.

I will feel so joyful if you took some time out of your work. We will plan a movie night or dinner as i am so excited to meet you after a long time of 3 years. Please let me know as soon you can so i can plan my day accordingly.
