Dear Mahsa,

Hi,

I want to go to your city for a few days, and I need to know about your situation. I will go there next Monday, and I have to stay about 3 days. Because I have an important seminars that is related to my job. Also, this seminar helps me to improve my situation in the office. So, it is vital for me.

I will be received on Monday at 9:00 p.m., and I want to stay at your apartment, and spend this time with you; can I stay there during this time? If you have any planning for this time, please tell me.

I can pay part of your rent that is related to this time. I think about price, and I decide to pay one tenth of your rent. Also, If you have other suggestions about way of paying rent, please talk about it.
