Dear Moatasm,

I hope you are well. Sorry I did not write for so long, but I have been busy at work lately. I have some good news, I took a two weeks’ vacation from work, and I am planning to visit you in London.

I will be there on Monday, and probably stay for a week then I might go to Manchester.

It will be a great opportunity to catch up, and spend some time together. I was thinking to stay at a hotel, but decided to ask you whether it is possible to stay at your house or not? I would appreciate it very much if you let me stay at your place, though I would like to pay for my stay. I know living in London can be very expensive, and I do not to cause you any inconvenience.

I look forward to seeing you there.
